EXCELLENT SERVICE! I called with an issue with my washer. Debbie answered my call, she was able to find a time that worked with my schedule. My washer was giving me an error so I looked up on the internet what it might be. I found that it was possibly a clogged drain, I went to go find the drain to clean it. When I couldn’t find the drain, I called Nebraska Home Appliance five minutes before they were closing. Rico answered the service line and helped me figure out how to get to my drain, what to expect when I got to it, and what I would need to do if that didn’t fix my problem. I appreciate that he took the time and walked me step by step, when he could of just told me that a service man would need to come out. The difference between NE Home Appliance and all the others is that they truly train their employees. They don’t have to come out numerous times to fix your appliance. They fix it on the spot. Linda was pleasant to schedule with on the phone, but our repairman, Mike, was awesome! He was unable to find the leak that we'd had with our dishwasher (my husband had tinkered with it over the weekend and may have fixed it without realizing it) and he stayed quite a while to make sure that it wasn't leaking. He cleaned around the door seal a bit and suggested a cleaner that would help remove built up gunk and mineral deposits, and said that the door seal *may* need to be replaced, but since he couldn't determine that as the exact cause of the leak we'd had, he didn't want to charge us a ton of money for a possibly unnecessary repair. I found him and the business to be extremely honest, timely, and friendly. Will definitely utilize them in the future if needed!read more

The set-up: We found Nebraska Home Appliance on the internet after searching for reasonable and reputable service companies. We liked that the service fee was rolled into the work fee if you chose to have them complete the work for you, but the fee was not so much that if we attempted it on our own (glad we didn't) that we felt we had wasted money. We liked that they would give us an exact quote for fixing the problem instead of an estimate. We like the customer service agent who took our reservation. They then sent an email confirmation within the hour.The day of: I found it very helpful that they had an email that let me know the progress of my technician. This was great as it gave me a better idea of when to expect the technician during the 1-4 hour window. The technician was clean, friendly, engaged in moderate conversation. We could tell that he was not just taking his time to make more money or charge us more.The work: The work performed was appreciated and well done. He was thorough in checking connections and ensuring that we did not have any further problems. It is also nice that the work is good for 30 days in the case of the same thing happening again.read more

Excellent & honest service. I had a problem with our washing machine. I work odd hours and was able to get Vince out on a Saturday - very convenient. Making the appointment was super easy - did it all online and late at night. They also have a tracking system, so you know when the technician will be coming. The repair for the washing machine was going to be too big and expensive - so for an 8 year old machine it wasn't worth it. But Vince explained the problem and helped me make the decision for what type of new machine to get. He also gave me a 30 day warranty, so if I change my mind, I can go ahead & get the machine fixed. I never felt pressured or rushed. I felt the service, even though my machine wasn't repaired, was very convenient & honest.read more

When my freezer stopped working on a Thursday, I called for an appointment and was told that Monday was the soonest someone could come. Friday morning Nebraska Home Appliance called and said there was an opening and they could send someone this afternoon. Adam was the best repairman I have ever worked with. He worked to find out what the issue was, did some temporary repairs to get me through the weekend and ordered a part and finished up the work the following Wednesday.
