“Over the Easter weekend our Fridgidaire side-by-side “went on the fritz”. After checking with the maker, I was given 3 local authorized service companies. NHA was the only of the 3 to actually answer the phone. I spoke with 2 techs with the symptoms and they quickly dispatched a service tech to our home. After he arrived, the technician Shannon quickly diagnosed our problem as a failed compressor. We only had 7 days left on our 5-year Warranty![. . .] we were very pleased with the prompt, courteous and professional service afforded us by Nebraska Home Appliance.
