Nebraska Home Appliance Omaha Sub Zero Wolf Factory Certified

Nebraska Home Appliance is honored and thrilled to announce that we have been handpicked by Sub-Zero / Wolf to be their Factory Certified Servicer for the greater Omaha area. While Sub-Zero is our latest factory certification, it certainly isn’t our only. We are also proud factory certified servicers for LG, Electrolux, Frigidaire, Magic Chef, Ewave, Speed Queen, Alliance, General Electric, Hotpoint, Samsung, Sharp Electronics, Liebherr, and Bertazzoni.

This probably isn’t the first time you’ve seen “factory certified” or “factory authorized” bandied about by appliance manufacturers and repair services, but what exactly does it mean? Why is it such a big deal?

Yes, on the one hand it means, “Don’t worry, you can trust these guys to repair your appliance right.” We will get the repair right, and Sub-Zero / Wolf knows this because they have tested our depth of product knowledge and spoken with our satisfied customers.

But it’s also so much more than a badge of trust. To be recognized as a Factory Certified Servicer is also a responsibility. By accepting this honor, we also agree to a continuing partnership with the Sub-Zero / Wolf to ensure only the highest-quality service. We promise to:

Many repair service companies are unable to make this commitment. At Nebraska Home Appliance, we aren’t afraid to, because we know we will continue to exceed Sub-Zero / Wolf’s benchmark for excellence.

And, to help keep us on top of our game, Sub-Zero / Wolf also offers, as part of the Factory Certified program, continuing factory training and support for all our appliance repair techs. If they roll out a fancy new Steam Convection Oven or the like, you can rest assured that our techs will have been trained to repair it.

When you choose a Factory Certified Servicer, you are choosing an extension of the appliance brand. We absolutely love the Sub-Zero / Wolf brand and all they stand for, and so are overjoyed to join the family.
